These providers process data only to the extent needed for the relevant service function and subject to contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards.

Some providers used by PersAI may process or store data outside your country, including outside the Russian Federation. When you use features that depend on such providers, relevant data may be transferred as technically necessary to fulfill your request and operate the service lawfully.

  • account data for the lifetime of the account and a reasonable post-closure period for security, disputes, and legal defense;
  • billing and accounting records for the statutory retention period;
